2015-2016 School Year

Welcome to the 2015-2016 school year!  Mrs. Gilbert and I are busy getting the classroom ready and we are looking forward to seeing all our students at Meet the Teacher on Monday, August 10th from 4-7 p.m.  Here is the August Pre-K Calendar. We will have a snack calendar available after the gathering on Monday where  families will have an opportunity to sign up to bring snack in August. I hope you had a great summer and we are looking forward to seeing current and past students as the new school year begins!

Fun Day! Last Day!

Due to the very rainy weather, Fun Day took on a different look this year. Our day started off with the "Balloon Man!"  This guy is AWESOME!  We then went to the gym to play on some very fun 'inflatables' and to run, run, run! What better way to end our time in the gym....Cherry Berry!  Yum!  We returned to our classroom to share favorite memories of the 2014-2015 school year and to say goodbye for now.  I will miss you all!

I really appreciate all the help our parents have given us throughout the year in so many different ways.  It has been such a fun year! Thank you for letting us be a part of your child's life. Keep up the good work....your children are AMAZING!

Have a great summer and may God's blessings fill your hearts with love and peace.

Story Time with Mrs. Copsey's Tech Ed. Class

What fun it was to have Mrs. Copsey's students share their digital stories with us.  Miss Oberste's class joined us for this special story time.  It was an extra bonus to see so many or our past Pre-K students once again in our classroom!  Great job to all of these students and to Mrs. Copsey!  And a shout out to all the Pre-K students for being GREAT LISTENERS!

Family Picnic

The weather didn't stop us from having a GREAT FAMILY PICNIC!  It was so much fun having so many family members join us for food and fun.  The rain had stopped so we were able to go outside after we ate to play on the playground for a while....and to teach all our guests "THE BUTTON FACTORY," one of our favorite movement activities.  Thank you to all who were able to come. We loved having you here.
